For 15 days, students immerse in clinical Ayurveda, learning from inpatient and outpatient clinical experiences. Field trips to witness herbs in their natural habitats and learn their clinical application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Independent Studies<\/strong><br \/>\nStudents can also select a topic or area to research under the supervision of Dr. Amala Guha and assigned faculty at the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur.<\/p>\n<h2>Professional Education<\/h2>\n<p>Workshops and courses by registration. Sponsored by Continuing Medical Education (CME) and CASC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ayurvedic Clinical Assessment Program<\/strong><br \/>\nProvides in-depth knowledge of principles and practices of Ayurvedic medicine, Ayurvedic differential diagnosis, comparative understanding between Ayurvedic medicine and western medical system, Ayurvedic herbal medicine, interventions and applications.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ayurvedic Mental and Spiritual Health<\/strong><br \/>\nProvides understanding of Ayurvedic concept of mind (Manas) and its intimacy with body and spirit. Causes of mental dysfunctions and interventions and how Ayurvedic philosophy and spirituality incorporates scientific applications in ritual practices.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ayurvedic Preventative and Nutritional Medicine<\/strong><br \/>\nAyurvedic principles and practices and its application on lifestyle, nutrition and creating balance for the maintenance of total health and wellness.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In collaboration with the The International Society for Ayurveda and Health (ISAH).
