We offer complimentary marketing graphic design assistance for UConn Health faculty and staff for official business.
Marketing Design Services
Marketing design projects include those that require design and/or content writing. This includes safety messages, e.g., Safer Care poster, ED Care poster, and screening signage as well as:
- Brochures
- Booklets
- Email Templates
- Postcards
- Flyers
- Banners
- Event Invitations
- Programs
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide PowerPoint and Word document design and resizing, custom logos, illustrations, and projects for any non-UConn business.
Our Process

Step 1
Fill out our form with your project details, final content, images, and any previous pieces for reference. For the deadline, be sure to give us a minimum of 5 business days.

Step 2
You will receive an automated email confirming your submission. We will contact you with any questions.

Step 3
Once we have everything we need from you, we'll work our magic and design your piece.

Step 4
We'll send the design your way, and give you time to look it over. You can send changes, if necessary.

Step 5
Once all changes have been made, and you approve the design, we will send you final files.
Need Signage or an Academic Poster?
UConn's Document Production Center (DPC) works with UConn Health staff to design and produce signs for temporary, interior use such as directional signage (e.g., use other entrance, room closed, red arrow signs, enter here signs, wait here signs), reminder signage (e.g., do not use water fountains, 1 person in revolving door at a time, 3 people max in the elevator). Academic poster support is also provided. For exterior and/or permanent signage, please contact Jo Cohen at jocohen@uchc.edu.
Need Something Printed?
Send your project to the DPC or select an external vendor who is on contract with the University. Copying, binding, and other services are also available.
