When submitting a project for <em>Move to Production<\/em>, valid billing information must be provided, such as FOAPAL or KFS, along with a designated billing contact.<\/p>\n<p>The billing contact name must match the FOAPAL\/KFS account holder.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\">Billing Milestones<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"padding-left: 20px\">\n<li>The date a project is locked into Production is considered its official creation date.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>$150 new project fee<\/strong> is invoiced at the end of the month in which the project enters Production.<\/li>\n<li>Annual maintenance fees of <strong>$75<\/strong> are billed in subsequent years based on the original Production date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"margin-bottom: 8px\">Non-Payment Policy<\/h3>\n<p>Invoices must be paid within <strong>60 days<\/strong> of issuance.
