To do so, we combine techniques in multiple quantitative biological disciplines including biophysics, molecular biology, biochemistry and computational systems biology from single molecule measurements to multi-scale models of physiology and pathophysiology. We build multi-scale models of cells from their molecular interactions to their function in tissue to identify signal transduction mechanisms that contribute to cellular proliferation and migration in vascular and neuronal cells.
