The 26th Computational Cell Biology workshop took place ONLINE for the 5 days, February 24-28th. Cell biologists and biophysicists leaned how to use VCell (<a href=\"https:\/\/vcell.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/vcell.org\/<\/a>), COPASI (<a href=\"https:\/\/copasi.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/copasi.org\/<\/a>\u00a0) and SpringSalad (<a href=\"https:\/\/vcell.org\/ssalad\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/vcell.org\/ssalad<\/a>) software to develop spatial and non-spatial models using deterministic, stochastic, agent- and rule-based approaches.<\/p>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-8\">\n<div class=\"div-onsitetext2\">The course included introductions to VCell, COPASI, and SpringSaLaD, presented by their developers and by modelers. Some participants participated in one-on-one sessions with experienced modelers designed to help with your projects.
