Our goal is to uncover the molecular mechanisms that govern their function and to inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"725\">We apply an integrated structural biology approach, combining NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography with a range of biochemical and biophysical techniques.
