annotation system that allows comprehensive analysis of heterogeneous subpopulations and their multifaceted activation states under various\u00a0<\/span><em>in vitro<\/em><span>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><em>in vivo<\/em><span>\u00a0conditions, including the identification of condition-specific signature genes.
