Photography

Each graduate will be photographed individually, in cap and gown, by a professional photographer on a scheduled day prior to the ceremony. The photo session will take place on the UConn Health campus during senior week.

On commencement day, the photographer will be present to take pictures prior to, during and after the ceremony. Students will be sent their individual portraits once they are available from the photographer. Additionally, a framed composite of all individual photographs for both the Dental and Medical Schools will be created and displayed in the Deans’ Office hallway among the gallery of previously graduated classes. Photographs, both candid and posed, will also be taken throughout the afternoon. Images will be available for viewing shortly after the ceremony and additional prints are offered for purchase directly from the photographer.
